I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The top-floor room I stayed in had a nice view of the sea but was unbearable during the heat wave due to the lack of air conditioning. The brightly lighted hotel signage on the facade made it hard to keep the windows fully open. The location was convenient next to the beach, but the view from my window was a disappointing yellow concrete wall just 2 meters away.
